Q:How long will my order take to be delivered?

Delivery times depend on where you live and the shipping method you select. your order can take anywhere from 1-20business day.

Q:Do you offer international shipping?

We currently don't offer shipping outside of Australia.

Q:Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your order is shipped, we'll email you your tracking details.

Q:Can I have to return or exchange an item?

Yes, you have 15 days to return or exchange an item if the goods provided meet the Returns / Exchange conditions and a proof of purchase is provided.

You have 15 days from the purchase date to return or exchange your goods

Q:Can I return an item if I do not have the original packaging?

No, we will only accept returns and exchanges if the product is returned in it's original saleable condition and packaging.

Q:What is original saleable condition and packaging?

Items intended for return or exchange must meet the follow criteria:

  • Items must not be used / worn
  • Items must not be damaged
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Items must have tags attached where applicable
  • Items must be in a saleable condition

 

Q: What currencies do you accept?

All prices are listed in Australian dollars.

Q: Is everything on your site in stock?

Any item that you can add to cart is actually in stock. We only list items for sale that are actually available, so your order will be shipped on time.
